Lucy Thomas joined UBS as Head of Sustainable Investing, Asset Management in January 2022.

Lucy was previously Head of Investment Stewardship at TCorp, the financial markets partner of the NSW Government Australia. Prior to this, she was Global Head of Sustainable Investment for Willis Towers Watson. Lucy has held various investment roles across funds management having started as an equity analyst at Morgan Stanley. Lucy is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
