Thomas Kusterer

Thomas Kusterer currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, based in Karlsruhe, Germany. In this role he is responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Risk Management, Treasury, Financial Asset Management, M&A and EnBW’s Procurement.

Prior to that Thomas assumed various accounting and corporate finance roles at KPMG in Berlin, Mannheim and New York. From 2009 to 2011 he was the Chief Financial Officer of EDF Energy in London.

He is a founding member of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), London.

Thomas holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a German Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant.
