Ms. Ruixia Liu is currently the Chief Expert of the Task Force of Climate Risk Management for the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) group headquarters. Ms. Liu obtained a Master’s Degree in Finance at Southwest University of Finance and Economics. Ms. Liu is a member of the Expert Panel of Prudential Regulation in China Banking Regulatory Commission, titled for Special Allowance of the State Council, and the Chief Senior Expert of Risk Management Program in Banking Association of China.
