Denise Pavarina is currently board member of Banco Bradesco S.A., Solvi Essencis Ambiental S.A, Hospital Care Caledonia S.A., Crescera Capital Acquisition Corp. Before that, she was Corporate Clients director of BNDES and developed a long lasting career at Banco Bradesco S.A. as an Executive Director, IR, MD of Bradesco Asset Management, and head of BBI, Bradesco´s Investment Bank. She has more than 35 years dedicated to financial and capital markets.

She was chairperson of ANBIMA (Brazilian Association for Financial and Capital Markets) and member of several boards such as Vale S.A., B3 S.A., Cielo, Arcelor Brazil, and Alpargatas. She has an economics degree from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and a law degree from UNIP and Specialization in Finance by Insper in Brazil and IESE AMP.
